Even if re-rented, $125.00 plus tax will be retained for a service charge. Reservation payments will NOT be refunded on cancellations made less than thirty (30) days in advance of the reservation unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period originally reserved. If cancelled greater than 30 days from check-in, all payments will be refunded less $125 per booked week plus tax. There is a $400 refundable security deposit which will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, or unauthorized people or pets. There is a 12% sales and lodging tax on all rents and fees. The cleaning fee is $185 (add $10 for stays over 7 days, $50 for stays over 2 weeks, $100 for stays over 4 weeks) Additional people are $3 per day per person. All pets must be declared on the rental agreement. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet. Names and ages of all occupants shall be recorded on the rental agreement. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (five, if one is an infant in a crib), this is a strict limitation. Shorter stays stays will be considered during the non-summer months. Rentals periods are usually full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. There is a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. The Bow Wow Bungalow is close to both of the small markets on the Cape, directly across the road from the 9 mile Loggerhead Trail bike path, and only 5 miles from the entrance to St. There is a dedicated walk-over to the beach. There is plenty of inside and outside seating. There is a lap pool (not heated) in a dog-friendly, fully fenced in area that let your dogs travel between the pool area and the upper deck.
